Wednesday, the 12th October, the elegant Palacongressi of Rimini hosted the fourth edition of Hospitality Day, first marketplace of hospitality in Italy, by giving welcome to hotel managers, operators, agents and institute managers.
World Capital took active part to event, by presenting a speech titled “Value of real estate assets in hospitality” and by looking for the real difference between price and value.
During the interesting Hospitality Day, Marco Clerici, Managing Director of World Capital, was glad to show the tree of hotel real estate accessorizes, a mental map ready to highlight fundamental elements, which determine real value of hotel properties.
High visits and positive feedback recorded yesterday in 14 rooms of Palacongressi, which have offered lots of speeches about current themes, such as hotel requalification and new trends of hotellerie sector.
