There is growing interest for Italy on the part of Chinese real estate investors, World Capital Group representatives declared after meeting a number of Italy-oriented investors at the company offices in Beijing and Shanghai on March 3rd.
The Italian-born international real estate consultancy firm has opened offices in China in 2010. China Country Manager Meng Zhang stated that: “In the context of China-Italy relations, real estate investments have come to take on an increasingly decisive role. Our team has met numerous private investors willing to invest in the various sub sectors of Italian real estate. Their combined investment demand amounts to 15 million euros.
The Chinese are especially attracted by the Italian lifestyle and personality. They love Italy’s climate and praise the country’s clean air (though many Italians complain about air quality in big cities), they love Italian fashion and design, as well football and cuisine. Another appealing factor is represented by the abundant natural and artistic treasures that complete the peninsula’s picture. Because of this, more and more Chinese are investing in Italy.
At World Capital we will do our best to satisfy the expectations of the investors who have come to us to find the best Italian property for them. We will deliver efficient and effective real estate solutions thanks to our international network of professionals and in particular thanks to the work of our colleagues at the headquarters in Italy.
This project – Meng Zhang concludes – is part of a master plan that will see us involved in activities in more and more Chinese cities in the coming months. We are expanding our reach to better serve potential investors”.
