The 29th and 30th September, modern buildings of Fiera di Bergamo have hosted the third edition of Tourism Investment, marketplace in Italy dedicated to investments of tourism sector.
Hospitality Division of World Capital, as patron, took part at the event and it was relator of one conference, focusing on their attention in real estate investment of Italian hospitality market.
These moments of reflection were really appreciated by investors and operators, which had the occasion to know values and trends of hotellerie sector.
Among conferences and exhibition areas, the event has recorded lot of visits and an active participation of builders, hotel chain managers, consultants and providers of products and hospitality services.
During both days, there were different themes, from conditions and best locations in which we can invest to general future previsions in dynamic tourist real estate sector.
