Neda Aghabegloo, Head of Research of World Capital, presents at Il Quotidiano Immobiliare the collected data of new “Report Tourist Resorts – Focus Seaside 2015”, realized by the Research Department of the society of real estate consultancy.
The analysis shows the Italian areas, which today are particularly appealing for investors and operators, who are interested in trend of tourist resorts.
The portrait of Italy attracts international and national investors and operators, which see in Bel Paese a positive occasion of investment.
The report is focused on three parameters: the first one is connected to price’s range, in relation with the service (half board, complete board, board plus beverage, all inclusive) and class of service, the second is about the distance from the resort to the airport and the third is connected to the accessibility to the direct flight for the international destination.
