Rent values included between 30 and 72 €/sqm/annual, it’s come to light from the logistics properties analysis in the interpoles spaces, realized by World Capital in Borsino Immobiliare della Logistica.

Significant elements, such as intermodality, location and security, make them really appreciated both for operator’s and investor’s attention.
The Ce.P.I.M, Interpoles of Parma with 30 €/sqm/annual and the C.I.M. Centre Interpole Goods Novara with 35€/sqm/annual record rent values more competitive, whereas the Interbrennero with 72 €/sqm/annual and the Interpole Campano with 70 €/sqm/annual highlight the highest rents; these show also the largest range (the first 72-40 €/sqm/annual, the second 70-50 €/sqm/annual). The major part of interpoles has values included between 40 and 50 €/sqm/annual.
