New success for the Retail Division – World Capital Group that announces the location of Lorenteggio street 246 in Milan at the brand MaxiZoo, Prenatal and Mc Donald’s .
Chosen by the owners, an important family business in Milan, to locarne the space , World Capital Real Estate has conducted with special care and duty the whole operation, from consultancy to the evaluation of the property, from the setting of the splitting up to the marketing of 2.500 square meters, with leases of medium to long term and finding the right mix of activities to be set up.
The property has been divided as follows between the conductors : 850 sqm to Mc Donald’s, 700 square meters to Maxizoo, 1,000 square to Prenatal. All are entitled to a car park, this crucial element in the evaluation and final selection by retailers .
First in the start of its activity, on 3 October, was MaxiZoo, followed from Prenatal the 10th and McDonald’s after the 24th, the date yet to be confirmed.
