It started today the 2013 edition of LPS– Luxury Property Show , held at the prestigious Legendary Hotel in Beijing. For the second time, the World Capital Real Estate Group is present with its own stand to the exclusive event.

Also in April we opened a new office in Beijing Zhongyu Plaza in Chaoyang District , inserting a new resource in our organic , Meng Zhang just coming from the offices of the Italian Embassy in Beijing.
In the first six months of 2013 we exhibited in four events in China ( Beijing, Shanghai and Guanzho ) and June 16 to 17 exhibitors will be at the CIEEXPO of Chengdu. At the same time our team, “China”, now made up of six people , – says Marco Clerici – Italy welcomes an average of three potential buyers a week. With pleasure we can say that last week alone , there were two real estate units sold in Milan alone .“
