In the first months of 2016, confirming the portrait drawn in the second semester 2015, we reveal positive trend in the purchasing of new logistical spaces, due to the increase of productivity of some different sectors companies, such as the one connected to pharma.
With a 50% of total of requests, the logistical properties more appealing are the ones with logistical spaces between 1.000 and 5.000 sqm, whereas the 32% concerning the lengths above 5.000 sqm and the other 18% for spaces minor of 1.000 sqm.
A growing demand and increase of yields are the signs, which are mainly highlighted in logistics real estate, concerning the analysis revealed in the 20° edition of Il Borsino Immobiliare della Logistica, realized by Research Department of World Capital.
