Lean Production: efficient Management for effective Value

More and more, we hear about Leand Production, but what does it mean?

Fundamental company philosophy, Lean Production has as main purpose to provide to clients everything they need, by using less materials, time and especially money, by reaching, sometimes, the complete reduction of costs.
In this way, the Management has a main role, because it has to focus on three important points:  planning, production and quality.
Through a detailed and careful Management, we can reduce wastes in resources and time, inefficiency of transport, by obtaining the identification of Value and a continuous improvement of processes.

Us of World Capital, real estate consultancy society, give lots of attention to this philosophy, by sharing since always the purpose to find and to use all tools, which can give benefits.
Looking forward to improvement society organization, we are always close to the principles of Value for Clients, by cancelling wastes and improving continuously.

It’s curious to highlight the event “Rewrite the Value for Clients. Experience of LEAN to compare”, which took place the previous 7th April 2016, promoted and managed by GLS Enterprise, at the historical building of Aurora Penne.
During the occasion, moderated by Il Sole 24 Ore, we try to understand how company purposes can be schematized to formulate the best Value Proposition, useful to satisfy every expectation, to cut off costs and to ensure good earnings.

Finally, to active the Lean Model, it can be useful to have a Business Model, in which we can organize the elements (clients, values, channels, relations, earnings, resources, activities, partnerships, costs), with the aim to obtain a clear activity and purposes.
