Hotel Investment: Como, Bergamo and Brescia three great appealing locations in Lombardy

Sector with lot of opportunities, Hospitality confirms itself as one of the most dynamic division in Lombardy.
This is revealed in “Report Lombardy Real Invest”, realized by Research Department of World Capital.
Concerning data, in fact, Lombardy enjoys tourist locations really attractive for hotel real estate, such as Como, Bergamo and Brescia, in addition to classic Milan.

This analysis is possible thanks to Hotel Appeal Index, result of different factors, as location, price €/sqm, tourist flow, accessibility, kind of structure, feasibility and quality of investment, connected to territory, inside the hotel sector, with an index among 0 and 1, where 1 represent the maximum of attractive.
Concerning midscale’s strucutres, in Lombardy  the most appealing city is Como, thanks to its famous and wonderful Lake, to places such as Alto Lario, Isola Comacina, Bellagio and Maneggio, reaches an Appeal Index of 0,39-0,60.
Then, we have Bergamo, which with interesting and natural Park of Orobie Bergamasche or Edine Lake, records an index of 0,34-0,58.
Finally, there is Brescia, with interesting locations such as Valtrompia, Valle Sabbia and Idro Lake, Valcamonica, Iseo Lake and Franciacorta, records an index of 0,38-0,60 for Inner City and 0,38-0,50 for famous Garda Lake.
