American and Asiatic companies arrive in Milan, with the desire to develop their activities and to build new offices in the Italian business Capital; service societies charged in one of the most important event of the century, characters at Expo2015.

To confirm the high appeal of Milan in real estate office – continues Flaviana Marchi – it’s also the annual rent recorded in new “Office Market Report – October 2014”, which results as the highest Italian rents. The first part highlights an increase of 4,41 % comparing to last semester, with values included between 430 €/sqm and 280 €/sqm, whereas the second part shows a range between 340 and 220 €/sqm and the third one between 305 and 120 €/sqm. Porta Garibaldi has the same maximum rent of 500 €/sqm.”
