New achievement for World Capital, Italian company specialized in real estate consultancy, which as Advisor, commercializes a logistical park, propertyof the famous reality, Polis Fondi SGR.
The whole real estate unit, with a total value of 24.100.000 €, has been sold to AXA IM – Real Assets, which works for its own clients.
The property, part of activities finalized to assets spin-off of Polis Fondi SGR, is situated in the center of Milanese hinterland, specifically in Gorgonzola District.
The area is really good connected, both thanks to presence of expressway junctions, which links the east-west and south sides of the city, both for the new infrastructures, such as BreBeMi and Bypass East External.
