The 5th June at Intercontinental Hotel of Chongqing it took place the conference concerning the “The possibilities of investment in Italian real estate market legal aspects, taxes and migrations” during the event there were the Council of Chongqing, Sergio Maffettone, the legal responsible of Consulate Federico Antonelli, the Managing Director of World Capital Marco Clerici, the Department China Manager of World Capital, Zhang Meng, the legal office Mercanti Dorio Associati with the participation of the lawyer Roberto Luzi Crivelli and other important characters; and also the local media. During the conference it was explained how to invest in Italian real estate and different advices to Chinese investors.
The conference is open for everybody and it counts the participation of the legal responsible of Consulate Federico Antonelli, which presented the new policies about the Italian real estate market investment and the policies supporting by investors. Antonelli showed the requisites to practice the migration through a real estate investment: it needs to have an annual income not of fix job and constant through time from 31.000 euro, which it must be increased of 20%, if the spouse is included and of 5% for every son, concerning the Italian law the person who invests in real estate could choose if he can live in the property or to rent it, in Italy the property of building is always transmit generation to generation.
Then, there was the presentation of Managing Director of World Capital, Marco Clerici, which analyzed the important skills of Italian real estate market, the current situation and the investments possibilities. The portrait was completed with the presentation of Zhang Meng, which showed how the Italian real estate market, in particular from 2008 to after, it always remained stable, and instead of other countries as France, Spain, Ireland, England and others had cuts about 30%. Currently, Europe has a recovery from the economic crisis and the fact of Milan, which hosts Expo 2015, it will be a big occasion for investors.
Finally, the participation of lawyer Roberto Luzi Crivellini, who showed in detail the migration process and the laws, which manage, by giving the chance to lots of Chinese investors to understand the positive aspects of migration in Italy and the great possibilities, which the Italian law offers to everybody who wants to invest or live in Italy. They also showed how Chinese investors how important is to understand and to know the migration laws also in Italy, the culture and traditions and also the Italian tax system and how the controls are strong, so thanks to this consultancy they could decrease the eventual legal investment risks.
