Polis Fondi SGR gave mandate to Logistics Division of World Capital, real estate consultancy society, to lease a logistics property in the Milanese hinterland in the District of Gorgonzola (MI).
It is a property of 2000 lead to “Fondo Polis”, with a total surface of nearly sqm. 45.000. nowadays only 31.000 sqm of them could be used as stocks, with h. 10,50 mt and 3.500 sqm to office use. The property, provided with flaps on all the fronts and of an external area of 29.000 sqm, it’s strategically situated on the country road 13, 4 km far away from Agrate and from the future toll booth Bre.Be.Mi.
