Friday, the 27th November, in the prestigious Palace Cusani of Milan, it took place the 11° edition of “Il Logistico dell’Anno”, World Capital Real Estate Group, as relator, presented a study of potentialities
concerning logistics between Italy and China.
In front of a heterogeneous public of logistics national and international operators, World Capital showed the current and principal dynamics between the two countries. Particularly, after a deep overview of the sector and the peculiarities of making business with Chinese people, it was highlighted the more and more strong interest of Italian operators to export their experience in Chinese lands to start their developing projects, and of Chinese investors oriented to purchase income properties and to increase their activity in Italy.
It was also highlighted the importance to have an active presence on the Chinese territory to totally understand potentialities and criticalities, and for the occasion it was presented the team of the Milanese society dedicated to China, good at assisting, with own offices in Pechino, Shanghai e Chongqing, which today have in organic over 30 people, their clients for every need.
