To answer to certain questions of large international groups , it’s absolutely necessary to develop properties with environmental certifications (BREEAM , BRAVE of the Polytechnic , LEED or HQE ). All of our latest creations are certified BREEAM and BRAVE .
6) What is the attitude of clients towards sustainable constructions?
For certain customers it’s essential for reasons of corporate policy. For others, it is an expensive option that in these times do not want to finance.
