According to data from the Hotel Investment Appeal Index, Bergamo and Brescia at the top of the ranking of cities with the highest attractiveness in the real estate hotel, Como the most dynamic city together Milan.

– hotel 4 star -> Milano records the highest appeal index in railway station area (0.82-0.86), while the hotels located in the center show an index of 0.78-0.83 and 0.76-0.79 those out, whereas all other cities, index higher are found in the historic centers of Bergamo and Brescia (0.77-0.78), followed by Mantua and Como (0.73-0.78), while the lowest in Cremona ( 0.58-0.64 )
– hotel 3 star -> Milano records the highest indices in the center area (0.74-0.78) and Central Station (0.72-0.77) , whereas all other cities, the highest index are found again in the historic centers of Bergamo and Brescia (0.72 -0.77), followed by Varese ( .72-0.75) and Mantua (0.71-0.76), while the lowest is detected in Lecco (0.62-0.64).
